18th Century hand grenade?
What I love about treasure hunting so much, is that it always turns up surprises. Started cleaning what I thought was a cannon ball in crud.
Now I think it could be a hand grenade. It is unlike any of the cannon balls we have recovered from the site. You can see the seem around it, and it has a metal bit sticking out of the top.with what looks to be a hole in it.
Any thoughts?
