Horse shoe

Hi we did some metal detecting today and found 3 horse shoes deep in the mud, I will get them dated.
Next we did some detecting on the edge of one of the depressions that we think our old iron age round houses..... and we found very deep in the mud a broken piece of a plough. We would mean that it contacted a irremovable

object or wall.

Proof of the more you look

Took my young boy out this morning to buy a live crab for dinner, and we came back with a stunning very old anchor that we saved from the scrap man.Eyes wide open and keep the faith.

If any one can help with the age and country of the anchor that would be very helpful

You can see the ring at the top is forged from one piece of iron, and the shackle pin has been hammer flat to stop it coming

out. Also the flukes have been forged on(i think)

Rock! any ideas?

High iron content ? copper content ?

Iron Cannon we raised and that rock I found

I will clean up that rock I found at the lost valley and post another photo, need to find someone that can tell me if it is local or came from afar, and what type of rock is it.

I am hoping it came from a land far far away, we will see.

KEEP THE FAITH
